If you are looking to evaluate the energy efficiency of your property, then look no further. Whether you are selling or renting your home, or looking to begin to improve its energy efficiency, then this is the place to come. EPiC EPC & Retrofit can provide you with a timely and accurate assessment and EPC certificate starting from £85.
Upon making an appointment, we will ring you to ask a few questions, then visit and assess the property. The visit will normally take between 1 and 3 hours, to make measurements and take details of your property; such as heating and lighting fixtures, building age and construction and energy saving measures such as insulation and draught proofing. We will also need to take a few photos to evidence our findings.
After the visit you will receive an online link for your EPC, which contains an assessment of the current efficiency of the property. It also gives recommendations and potential costs for improving its energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint. A printed copy of the report can be provided if required, for an additional cost.
